The rules are pretty simple, but if I don't put them up, people aren't going to use common sense.

1. You take a PNG, you have to credit me. It's not hard. A little link back here. It's a lot of working cutting PNGs, so I'd appreciate it. Also: I'm adding this just in case. If you use a PNG on a Neopets layout, then you STILL have to credit me! Just don't actually make a link and put wingless-dreams.net. You don't even have to link to here, linking to the main network page is fine.

2. Don't take a PNG and say it's yours. How lazy is that. If you want to have a PNG with your name on it, CUT IT YOURSELF.

3. No using of my PNG on something that's going to make you money. That's not cool, so don't do it.

4. Don't redistribute! If someone wants a PNG, link them to here.
